Dr. Armel Djeukou spent 20 years at Airbus leading industrial transformation at scale, running its drones business portfolio, leading global engineering and manufacturing operations, steering complex turnarounds as Chairman and board member of multiple subsidiaries, and up until recently as Senior Vice President driving one of Europe’s largest digital transformation programmes across a workforce of tens of thousands. He experienced first-hand from the inside what it takes to move a large industrial organisation and its ecosystem toward new technologies and new business models, e.g. the strategic choices, the human resistance, the governance failures. He advises funds and boards navigating that same shift.
